GAZELLES HOT WEATHER POLICY FOR TRAINING

If the temperature is 36 deg and over on the 9.00am morning radio news (107.1) training will be cancelled for juniors, unless you hear otherwise from your coach.

ENA HOT WEATHER POLICY

Night Game's

JUNIOR / SENIOR COMPETITION ENA

When the expected maximum temperature is 37 degrees or higher as announced on 5AA at 7am ALL matches will be CANCELLED.

When the temp is between 34 degrees and 36 degrees as announced on 5AA at 7 am matches will start as follows: Matches due to start at 6:45 pm will start at 7pm and other matches will start at 8pm and at 9pm for juniors. Times will stay the same for seniors.

Quarters will go back to 10 minute quarters for 15/U and 12 minutes for seniors. BUT more drink breaks will be allowed but the clock is not to be stopped and no coaching is allowed.

 SA DISTRICTS MONDAY NIGHTS

When the temperature at 5pm is 36 deg or over, all matches are to be abandoned. The temperature is to be taken as announced on Mix 102.3.

When temperature at 5pm is 34 deg or over all notified forfeit fines are to be waived. In finals, matches cannot be abandoned, but should the temp at 5pm be 36 deg or over all matches will be moved back by 30 minutes.
